Belzona 2221
MP Fluid Elastomer — Tough, flexible multi-purpose polyurethane elastomer for repair, coating and casting of rubber and metal components.
A 2-part polyurethane resin in fluid form for brush or pour application. With up to 700% elongation, it is suitable for casting gasket seals and new rubber components, sealing SF6 gas leaks, repairing expansion joints and protecting pump diaphragms. 100% solids, cold-cure, no vulcanisation.
Product Description
A 2-part polyurethane resin designed for the repair and coating of rubber and metal components, as well as casting of new components. This flexible rubber repair material makes cost-effective repairs possible and is designed for applications where durability and elasticity are required. Easy to mix and apply by brush or by pouring without specialist tools — cures at room temperature, eliminating the need for hot work and vulcanisation.

vs Belzona 2211: Both are multi-purpose Hi-Build elastomers — 2221 is the fluid version (brush or pour application, 700% elongation) while 2211 is a paste-like hi-build material (1000% elongation). 2221 also supports casting applications.
